The trail starts from Guadagnolo. Long and varied path, allows you to meet all the typical environments of the Prenestini Mountains. You cross pastures, pine forests and deciduous forests, up to the top of Guadagnolo, with its open spaces, dry and stony, the rock walls, the beautiful views. The trail starts not far from the village square and then climbs among the rocks along the steep ridge that leads to the overlying cross of Colle della Crocetta. From here, an up and down along the ridge accompanies the hiker through bushes, meadows, sometimes returning to emerge on the asphalt road, until you reach the village of Guadagnolo again.
During the path it is easy to come across the blooming of beautiful specimens of wild orchids and it has a vegetation mainly composed of beech forests, mixed woods, shrubs and bushes.
